Tai Chi is a beautiful, gentle yet powerful form of exercise.
The movements are very slow and graceful. This allows the energy
to flow through your body creating a healing, meditative and energised
state of mind. Tai Chi works on integrating the mind, body and
spirit to make you feel whole and complete. It brings peace, contentment
and harmony into your world.
Tai Chi is a martial art originating from China. Tai Chi is
practised today in China and in many parts of the world, including
Australia, for its health benefits. Tai Chi is performed by using
very slow, graceful, flowing movements in a set form.
Tai Chi has been called “a walking meditation” as it frees the
mind from its constant chatter and instead brings peace and harmony.

Hatha yoga is one of the many styles of yoga, and consists of
a series of asanas or postures. These postures are designed to
heighten consciousness of the internal structure of the body,
effectively strengthening internal organs and alignment, as well
as gaining fitness of the outer body. Breathing correctly is a
crucial element of yoga, and once learned will allow the body
to release stress and clear the mind of fatigue. The practice
of yoga benefits one's emotional, mental, spiritual and physical
well-being.
